Again, congrats guys on your record, you all earned it, you all work hard on your game, especially if Coach Randy has added to the practice and coaching regimen he had when he started with my class in 2002-03.

Proprietors then need more oil to protect lanes from these balls and boom, you have scoring going through the roof. I have no cure-all answer for this besides development of college, high school and sport bowling for those who want the harder conditions and higher competition, and the THS for the ordinary casual/fun bowlers, maybe use the Red/White/Blue for middle of the road stuff like local or even state tournaments. Give people a choice of what "products" they want and let them have at it.

House shots and Great Walls have been around a long time and generate more debate than almost anything else besides handicapping. Ball companies need to make money so they make dozens of high-performance balls each year and market them so that regular Joes need to have the latest and greatest, which makes them money. Higher scores makes happier league/tourney bowlers. Money drives the problem of inflated scores as much as technology.

As a former Lindenwood bowler/alumni (2003) I want to congratulate the guys on their achievements. I have followed Lindenwood bowling since I graduated. I recognize the emotion from the video, if you have bowled in college tournaments it looks awfully familiar. Old school bowlers would never get it. Coach Randy (one of the former record-holders) is very good at what he does, and he should get some credit here too, for working with these guys also to develop their games.

House shot or not these guys from top to bottom all throw the ball very well. Plus still have to knock all ten down. Congrads!

Correct me if I am wrong; wood lanes with burnt up heads? Looks like it to me. If so, this makes it all the more impressive.

Still Curious about that 6th frame Score correction .......

ragging on this team for celebrating a world record is like ragging on a team for celebrating a Super Bowl victory, their celebration was justifiable so please don't hate on this amazing record

I just want to add that Brad Miller, the 4th bowler, led the 2nd round of qualifying at the Team USA trials in Vegas yesterday...he is currently 6th after 2 rounds...but must be a house pattern............
Jemeagle99 - Why don't you come on our IB show this Monday and debate this with us? Send me a message and I'll give you plenty of opportunity to state your case. You seem to have a lot to say about this, the sport, and whatnot. I think it would make for a great show. I will have Buckets on Deck in studio with us to talk about the night and answer any questions people may have.
