I don't know how you can play relatively well when you have such poor fingering and hand position. o.O

no bad going man! i heard this piece last night at a recital. its a beautiful piece. i can play the nocturne in Eb. i recently bought the book of etudes and bricked it. frankly i thot i was good cause i could play nocturnes, polonaises and preludes. but the etudes should scare this shit outa any piano player...moving on now...

But to be frank, that piano could use a tuning -- either that or there's something wrong with your recording equipment.
