1-Maybe you purchased yours way after, I bought mine right after it hit the market.
2- The reviews displayed this cell phone as the next best thing which is the reason for my pick. HOWEVER I always know/knew Sony Ericsson produces sub standart phones with problem hardware. So the sense about me is just fine! I just wanted to give the company their last chance. And I'm done. You prob use it for texting taking pix and playin games. So obviously u'll be fine, enjoy it.

hmm...i only paid $300. You must not have much sense about you if you bought it for $500 "KNOWING" "that Sony Ericsson is known by their slow software and full of bugs". I haven't had a problem yet

I purchased this phone knowing that Sony Ericsson is known by their slow software and full of bugs. I will tell anyone who wants to buy this expensive yet useless device to stay away! Go blow your $500 elsewhere.
