This is an old video of Frank---he has since passed on. It was quite a rarity to hear him croak like this. The sound you hear is his natural mating call. It is not at all like the croaks he makes when he is picked up. In the 5 years I had him, I only heard this sound about 7-10 times. As soon as I would come near, he would usually stop right away. This time, I managed to get some of his croaks on video before he stopped.
