Everywhere we went in China, we found people who loved to sing and dance! This is a short video I compiled showing some of the different styles that can be found in China. The first is a Tibetan friend of our Program Directer Dan Yu, singing us a song as a going away present at the end of our program. The second star is a young orphan girl at a Beijing orphanage that was rehersing for a performance. We had visited the orphanage to teach the children there some English and teach them about America and this was an unexpected treat. The third scene is a Mongolian/Tibetan dance party. Every week small dance parties were ogranized on our campus but this one was much bigger than usual. Anyone can jump in, you just follow the leaders in the center and have fun!
