I dont know the name(s) but its probably a Japanese classical instrument.

I honestly don't know. Though I'm fairly certain that in this clip they aren't using live ammo.

i meant in general, not in this clip. what was used as ammo in feudal japan? (or later, when ever this guns were used)

Yah I dont know. The weapon was first brought into Japan by Portugese tradesmen in the 1540's. The Japanese copied the design directly from the Western Matchlock. And I honestly dont know what type of ammo the matchlock used.
I recommend you google 16th century matchlock rifles for more info.
