I am looking to find out how to transfer an incoming call to an extension but I want to call the extension first and tell them so and so is calling Then x-fer the call to them!? I'll post a scenario in a minute and I'll keep looking into ur wondeful videos. thanks so much...

You can do just about any thing with this system ( we use Asterisk at our place).
