    I agree, I think the inception was just a action movie with a nice story but memento was more than that.

    "I've often complained about the Star Trek movies and the Star Wars movies..."

    "You have?"

    "I have."

    * takes a long drink *

    "BUT!..."

    Gentlemen, this is what pacing and dry humor are. Your spontaneous conversations are better than the scripts of many movies you review.

    That said, I agree with others who have said Talia was rushed. She self admittedly hated her father, her charity work was genuine, she slept with Bruce when it wasnt entirely necessary. She acted good for nearly a decade then switches in to full on genocide purely based out of loyalty for someone she despised? It was jarring and threw me out of the film. At the very least she could have been considerably more conflicted, and preferably Bane could have remained the driving force behind the pair.

    Thing about many of the plot holes is that you know it could be done so it is superfluous. E.g. Alfred could have heard through contacts what happened to Bruce, itd perform the same function but without any poignancy. Same with Bruce in the city because batman always has backup plans, no need to present it

    Star Wars plot holes rendered whole character motivations nonsensical. Theyd try kill people they wanted alive or give orders entirely counter to their goal. Thats whats unforgivable to me

    No. The reveal was at the end. The Exposition was throughout the movie. Espescially in the second act. Until the reveal we were supposed to believe that Bane was the main villian. Even the background story that was supposed to leave the audience assuming it was Bane was in fact a Red herring for her.

    No. She literally turned into a villain like 10 minutes before the movie ended. It was rushed in order to just finish the story. Were you listening to me? Yes we know her background that they had to rush in order to finish the movie. Her becoming a villain was rushed, it wasn't properly introduced. There was no indication of her being a bad guy earlier in the plot other than her being Bruces sex toy. do you know what exposition is? Exposition is told in the end of stories? Since when?

    I ask again. Are you sure? Because part of that story explains who she was related too and why she would do all this to gotham specfically.

    I remember it all being explained. Maybe you should read the wiki for a plot Synposis or watch the movie again because I'm pretty sure you are forgetting something.

    No there wasn't any exposition. She just suddenly became a villain and thats it and nobody questioned the randomness of it.
