My heart hurt when they were destroying the police box. I was like, "Noooo, not the TARDIS!"
-
Colin Baker sounding like the Doctor: "Vandalism"
I half expected to her him whisper "Make's you feel sad, all the other Type 40's mistaken for Police Boxes"

Edinburgh's police boxes are made of wood and lot of them are still around
-
For those interested, the background music that starts at :58 is "Come, friends, who plough the sea" from Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Pirates of Penzance." :-)
-
1:45 I'm sure I've heard the music playing there somewhere before, anyone know it's source?
-
so befor the doctor changed the box changed its self

3:33 Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!

The "pull to open" sign is on a door panel which opened to gain access to the actual telephone (on a real police box, natch). Also, only the right hand door opened, but outwards.
-
it's cute that they call it 'tardis' and not 'the tardis'
-
I believe there's one that still exists at Cullercoats, Northumberland

@anisometropie In the episode The Doctor's Wife, the TARDIS mentions that the sign on the door says "Pull To Open", but he always pushes instead.

Sniff,,, I cried...3:33
Wow this is really interesting! 9's had the phone outside. Did any other TARDIS have it outside? I don't remember. Phone Boxes are cool!

@ajmandmggfan As Ian said in the 1st episode of Dr Who, 'let me get this straight, a police box in a junk yard can move anywhere is time and space?' Was not a police box at all, just looked like one.
