Which comes first? Poor posture or back pain? See how correcting poor posture may help correct some symptoms associated with back pain, sciatica, knee pain and more. The piriformis muscle, when out of balance, will grab the sciatic nerve and cause pain down the leg and into the foot. A tight piriformis muscle will also cause a a hip imbalance which may lead to many other symtoms. If your posture is bad there is a chance it may lead to back problems. Help correct a muscle imbalance and improve posture by relaxing on the Sacro Wedgy®.
