@stepup2ba u need a gta 4 patch to solve this problem u can download gta 4 patch 1.0 from game copy world and than install into your computer and crack the game with this patch and when u crack properly your game run properly u have all video quality in gta 4 if not work reply me

Nvidia Geforce GTS 450 WITH 1GB GDDR5
i had a 2gb ddr3 memory card and now i have 4 gb ddr3 memory
and Windows 7 ULTIMATE
but when i get nearby cars it lags i dont know why..do you ?
