In my other video cops commit crimes to stop you, it explains what happens when you get stopped. This video shows what I do when I get stopped. Detain is a form of arrest and the officers usually never have a warrant or grand jury indictment. However, I will not be doing anything with these officers because of the overwhelming respect I was given by officer robinson. Some by officer hancock. If all officers acted this way, I believe the scam of getting a ticket when there is no victim would not bother me as much. My goal is not to be arrested by detention by the glendale police cuz they dont understand that public statutes and codes do not apply to the private people. If there is no victim there is no crime. I have proven that when i was released from jail and came back and beat my misdemeanor case that was changed to an infraction and dismissed by the judge due to my lawsuit against him and the cop.

Therefore, as long as you are holding a valid driver's license, the "right to travel" argument doesn't hold water. Nobody forces you to sign a contract in order to obtain a license. You do so of your own, free will.

When you sign to receive a license, you are signing a contract - a bargain that says the state agrees to give you a license, and limit your liability when traveling on public roads, and in exchange, you agree to follow their rules while doing so, and submit to their punishments when you break their rules.

There is extensive US Supreme Court case law citing an individuals RIGHT to travel, along with USSC case law which prevents the exercise of a RIGHT being converted into a crime. Were/Are you legally required to retrieve your registration etc from the trunk? What if you had refused? Because the cop framed his question VERY carefully when he asked you.
