@Jaketoynton26 He's referring to the "zombies" that would show up during the coming citizen-initiated anarchy, looting, and riots, that will be taking place when a full-scale societal revolt happens. These "zombies" CAN, WALK, TALK, RUN, SPEAK, THINK and SHOOT THEIR GUNS, just fine. They don't eat brains or anything, they just wanna rape and kill your family, and take your survival rations.
