In My Room - Beach Boys - HD - Multitrack

I have had many requests to do some Beach Boys. As I was practicing this song to record for Youtube, my boys came in and asked if they could sing it with me. They have wanted to do song/video with me for a while now, so I thought - what the heck! Let's give it a shot. Justin - 11 years old (singing melody and a couple of harmony parts), has sung in an audition picked Honor Choir under the direction of Susan McDaniel for the past two years. He currently sings in the 6th grade choir at Dan F Long Middle School under the direction of David Downum. Jason - 12 years old (singing second tenor), was hand picked to perform in a choir that sang in front of 5000 teachers in Dallas in 2007. He currently sings in the 7th grade boys choir at Dan F Long Middle School under the direction of David Downum. Jordan - 8 years old (also singing melody and a few harmony parts), is in 3rd grade at Furneaux Elementary School and is excited to begin choir this year under the direction of Mrs. Adams.

Folks, I must say that while working with my boys, I was completely blown away! They worked so hard. Retake after retake...and they never missed a beat or got frustrated. They taught me a lesson, and had so much fun doing it! And I'm not biased or anything, but I think they sound great! I'm so proud of them.

So here it is. My three sons, Jason, Justin, and Jordan, and me singing In My Room, as recorded by the Beach Boys. I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed singing it.

dude you need to go pro with these guys and I dont mean bs pop showbiz crap, I mean just sing it. You're all feelin' it. The little guys need a bit of help with shaping and focus, but not much. Really nice work.
