@rockcityaudio try rice milk or a nut/seed milk mabey even oat milk, i think rice milk tastes great too and i find it to be lighter on the gut

1. I think i've fallen in love with this dude, you are lush.

3. I could listen to you for hours.
4. I eat like a horse, at the wrong times, don't drink enough water, work 12 hour nights, then days, then nights,i sometimes smoke, and drink Guiness, apart from a little 35 year bump around the middle, i look pretty buff and beefy, just right for my frame, i'm 5/6. I do however manage 2 hours in the gym a day, rotating through the cardio/weights etc. works for me

you said to eat 6 meals per day, when working out, does that mean each meal is 200-300 calories?
also, on the third day to bring up to the tgee thing, how much did you increase your calorie intake during the first meal?

congrats on ur finess goal. u kinda remind me of my friends when u were chubby, and they have the potential to be WWE wrestlers, but they wont stick to a program. i wanted to train them, but moving around got us out of touch. thanks though for the inspiration though will never get six pack abs cause i eat too many doritos, i will stay fit nutritionally hopefully.
