This is one of the best PC Cars Racing Game. I think It was made in 1998. I run it on windows xp using windows 98 compatibilty mode.
I usually play it well at more than 60 fps but in this case I touched someting in fraps and while I´m recording the game it runs slow and it´s very difficult to control the car.
At Quality Full in 1280x720x32 I get 24fps (I think was less fps than that) with fraps recording on background. System:
- Micro AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2 Ghz AM3
- RAM 2 x DDR3 2gb 1333mhz PC3 10600 Kingston Cl9
- Video Onboard ATI Radeon HD4200

@DAMIAN32007 on Windows XP I must turn on "Windows 98" compatibilty mode, try that.... but, I think your main problem is that the game runs at 32bits.
