@OnOne707 highly doubt it, obviously you dont know much if you cant tell the difference. Just imagine if he was?

wait so if my gym did have an assisted pull up machine, could I just use that for my lats?
-
One thing I probably realize is you do steroids...
-
where can you buy those bands
-
or you could just put one leg on a chair and do pullups that way
-
Thanks for the great video, been working on pull-ups at home for a while and think the jump stretch band is exactly what I need

0:24 = one hand chin up, not a one arm pull up.
Chin Up = palm facing you, Pull Up = palm away from you.
One ARM pull/chin up = One arm pulling, other isn't doing anything
One HAND pull/chin up = using the other hand to pull by holding your arm or wrist .. effectively doubles the required grip strength and works your back muscles unevenly.

how much do you weigh?
-
Hey Jeff, could the assisted pullups also be done with a resistance band?
-
or you could just use a chair (one foot on a chair in front of you to take some weight off)
Hi Jeff,
You did this exercise with the purple Jump Stretch band (up to 50lbs). You also did an Hamstring exercise with it. Is it the same as using the red ElastX X-treme band (45-90lbs)? Which one should we buy?
Thanks

@tubenunofabio Yes...you would require the AthLEAN X-treme Band (red) to perform this exercise. Some heavier guys might want to double up the red bands.
