@sickthings12 its a spring..but its a really good spring...also the spring is coated in something which makes it verry quiet when bouncing.. not the traditional scratchy metal sound of a normal pogo

@whopper607 this one is about 100 bucks...there are much better ones though...look up flybar or vurtego pogo sticks....we get up to 6 feet on those!
