Wow, thank you so much for sharing. I come from a homophobic familia tambien and it's great to hear I'm not alone. I found one thing that helps is introducing my family to queer religious folk in attempts to change their perspective on the queer community. :)

Omg finally. Someone i can relate to. Is it weird it's more reassuring to hear other people have the same type of mom then to hear about some family that finally came around. And your attitude is amazing! I keep getting told i need to pretty much yell at her and demand acception or else. But i cant disrespect my parents like that. So yea, that video.was all too close to home.
