@delagrazia Her fairy tales are not even plausible, because these contradict all known historical and scientifical facts about the past MK-ultra-program [FOIA documents, Wikipedia]. However, it isn't even a secret, SAP (Special access projects), dedicated to classified military technology exist. Mixing half-truths with a lie still remains a lie.

@kevinstuartfr0st MK-Ultra is a past, nonsensial attempt of the CIA to control people's mind. Our ever busy exo-ufoistic conspiracytainment industry managed to revive this thing and created a mystical aura around - backed up by self proclaimed storytelling whisteblowers with untraceble identities.

Politically/economically motivated artifical delay of new technologies isn't new in our history. E.g. the steam-engine was withheld for more than 80 years, until humanity became ready for the industrial-age. Without such a carefully orchestrated introduction, adverse disruptions would have happened. The same happens today. The new aspect is security. Cutting-edge MDQP-based technology is so powerful, a nuke becomes a fire-cracker beside. Western people have to wait for a couple of centuries.
