it sounds likeee......instant karma a little

what would have been cool is if john said this song is for...paul
and he sent the demo to paul....back in 1980

This absolutely shreds. Thanks for such an awesome posting. It all makes complete sense now. John wrote this for Ringo... I love this just as much as the Milk and Honey version. This is a REAL demo, unlike so many, many crappy youtube fakes. Cheers

J-9 Melodyを再うpお願いします ていうかこの曲ブートでも聴けない曲ですか それともフェイクですか

Thank you for not using a dissolve between the photos. The fast rhythm here wouldn't work with that.

there is something really disconcerting about a fan who stresses that EMI a corporation should "force" anyone to release anything simply because it was recorded. Being dictatorial and abuse of power is something Lennon never supported. The only thing that should be surrendered is blind obsession.

From 1980, not 1970, and yup, initially intended for Ringo...as was "Life Begins At 40" from what I've heard. Blessings!

once again thanks for the info i accually ment to put late 1970s but i missed the "s", and i wonder if John recorded "L.B.A.40" in the same way in the studio he did with these ?

Actually to the best of my knowledge both this, and L.B.@40 were home demos.

He done Nobody Told Me in the studio and is on "Milk and Honey" and there must have been songs for there that did,nt make the cut and prehaps one was a finished version of L.B.@40

Yes he did do "Nobody Told Me" in the studio, but he demos as well. To the best of my knowledge there is nothing but a demo(no studio version) of L.B.@ 4o. There is at least one, never bootlegged as far as I know, studio cut from the DF/M&H sessions called "Street Of Dreams" that producer Jack Douglas says he co-wrote with Lennon. Seems similar to a situation with a song called "Incantation" which is copyrighted and has lyrics printed, co-written with Roy Cicala, but never surfaced. Blessings!

i's a shame really that we may never hear these songs, E.M.I should force Yoko, Paul, Ringo and Olivia to surrender all their outtakes demos and unreleased and make a HUGE album, and judging by the lost lennon tapes bootleg it would be one hell of a big album
