  • Try going down all the way on the pull ups but other than that, doing good

  • when you go down in pull ups try to extend your arms completely

    and i agree with capparose, go deeper in your pushups, make the chest touch the floor

  • this program won't make u cool and it certainly wont help u pick up ladies, sorry but u r still a dweeb

  • just throwing this out there, but if you really want to do a pullup dont use you legs to get you up.. and go deeper in your pushups just thinking outloud
