i got my dress already and its not even october yet
if your on a low budget then i really suggest you try your local goodwill. i got a dress there today and it cost $7.47 and yea i have to tailor it but it was really worth it! most of the dresses cost so much and to be honest if your looking for something that others wont have and thats not your typical fluffy/sparkle of a dress i really do think you should try a thrift store.
