This is great but when I first heard this last year, I always thought of some thin aging cowboy dressed in black, sitting at the bar, drinking whiskey, smoking cigarettes, watching youth (youth in vintage clothing, think beatnik or sixties) around him and not giving a damn. Just feeling kind of blue and resigned to it.
This is excellent quality though regardless what I imagined. Thank you for sharing.
A man has made peace with his mortality without sounding resigned. He still is in charge and tells his friends and family that the knows and that they should let him be. Not fighting the inevitable but willingly drifting into eternity. Wonderful piece.
