@amirabbassabbagh no, not at all, salt is the most important seasoning that you could possibly use for any food. Don't be afraid of salt, it is a wonderful thing :)

A delicious and less expensive alternative to filet is sirloin. In fact, most restaurant kabobs are made with a nicely marbled sirloin. Great vid here.

Hi, can these be made with lamb? If so which ingredients would you advise to use with the lamb meat...maybe you can make a video ;) I went to a resturant and they served me a dish called adana which included shish tawook, lamb skewer, and beef shish kobob with lebanese bread.. it was really nice.

@nazza0855 you can just replace the beef with any lamb cut that you like. Or check out my lamb chops recipe :)
