My computer is as useful as a chocolate teapot. I can't afford another one, but I can afford upgrades for it. Please can I have some useful information in what I need to improve my computer. Some people I know say it's the graphics card, but now I need some real advice.

  • Okay. A good graphics card which is about 30-50 dollars. It is the Nvidia 9400 GT. It will run your games very well at default graphics. I can see your games are behaving very poorly and flashing which is a definite graphics card problem. The Nvidia 9400 GT is one of the cheapest gaming graphics card you will ever buy! You can find them at best buy, micro center. At your local computer store. It could run Call Of Duty: Modern warfare 2 with about 40-50 Frames per second. which is amazing!

  • thanks for the advice. it's a big help as i'm still looking for a good graphics card. cheers :)

  • dude just get a better version dumbass it's like blaming one person for there whole race

  • Ei 205, Foxconn P4M900-8237A mainboard.

The graphics are integrated on the motherboard, a graphics card that works with this... well I got one.

    The mainboard/motherboard, has 1 PCI-E X16 slot PCI-E1.0 not 2.0

The card that I got for this computer which I have is a Sapphire PCI-E 2600XT 512MB GDDR3.

I would not recommend the drivers from the box, as they give you blue screens with this computer, go for the latest drivers on the Sapphire website from Catalyst.

  • thanks for your comment. it's a big help :)
