I completely disagree with Brian Hayward, what he said was wrong, Sean Avery doesn't deserve a beating form anyone. He deserves to suffer a broken neck and spend the rest of his pathetic life in a wheel chair drooling on his chest and eating from a draw.

For anyone in broadcasting to say that a player on any team deserves a beating is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. How Brian Hayward wins any kind of award for broadcasting is beyond me. Quite frankly I'm very surprised that the Ducks organization still employs this guy after some of the remarks he has made.

Hello Promiscuous Mom: The SI award should be considered a felony. Awards are a dime a dozen. Jim Fox makes Hayward sound like a country boob. Awards for Hayward are like awards for incompetent politicians. They are always there....no how much they cost.
