Pay attention to the Airflow at the wing section!
Wonder why that occurs? I try to explain it:
When the pilot does extreme maneuvers there are extreme differences in air pressure below the wings and above. The maneuver creates turbulences around the fuselage area. The turbulences having an air pressure way below the pressure of the air surrounding the aircraft an abrupte change of pressure occurs resulting in a cooling of the air and the condensation of the water vapor.

Something similar happens when the jet breaks the sound barrier!
