Elizabeth's POV
* I stood there, crying. I just stood there. I didn't even bother wiping off my tears. I was watching them. Finally, Nick saw me standing there and pushed Miley off.*
Nick: Uhh...
Elizabeth: Just save it, Nick. (whispered)
Nick: No, I need to talk to you.
Elizabeth: Bye, Nick.
* I ran down the stairs and out of the house. I had no idea where I was going. I wanted to go back to New Jersey. California was getting to him. I ran to the airport. Rodeo really does have EVERYTHING. It took forever to get there though. I was so shocked at who I saw there.*
Elizabeth: Kevin?!
Kevin: (wipes his eyes) Hey. What are you doing here?
Elizabeth: Are you crying?
Kevin: Maybe.
* I walked over to a bench in the airport. This time, he cried on my shoulder. I played with his curls and kissed his head. I lifted his head up gently by his chin. His hazel eyes look terrible in tears. I used my pinky finger to wipe off his tears. I kissed his nose and he smiled like he never been so happy to see me. I set him up straight and put my arm around him. He looked me in the eyes.*
Kevin: Paisley...
Elizabeth: Kevin, you can't cry everytime a girl breaks up with you.
Kevin: (he shook his head) No, I wish that's what happened.
Elizabeth: (I looked straight at him) Where are you going with this?
Kevin: (tears come back into his eyes) I'll never hold her again.
* I knew what that meant. I didn't want it to be true, but I knew it. Paisley had died. We both were having crappy days. I held him close to my heart and ran my fingers through his curls. I started crying too. I couldn't even think about Nick. He had Miley, I had Kevin. I held back the deluge of tears and got close to his ear.*
Elizabeth: Why are you here, love?
Kevin: Her funeral's in New Jersey.
Elizabeth: Can I come with? Anything to get away from Nicholas Jerry Jonas. We can talk about that on the plane.
Kevin: (nods) I got two tickets... awhile ago... I was gonna take Paisley back home for a while... But (he choked up and I stopped his tears with a kiss. It was a long kiss on the lips. Hey, if Nick could kiss Miley, I could surely kiss Kevin.*
Elizabeth: It's okay, love.
Kevin: (smiles)
Airport Person: (on the speaker) Flight number 8 to Philadelphia leaves in 20 minutes. Please get on the plane.
Kevin: That's us. (stand up and lifts me up)
* I kissed him one last time as we got up to the ramp entering the plane. We had first class seats. After all, he was famous. We had some special service thing where I could keep my phone on and actually use it. It starting ringing. It was Nick. Big suprise.*
Elizabeth: Should I answer it?
Kevin: Yeah, he's your fiance.
Elizabeth: (answers it) Hey.
Nick: Where are you?
Elizabeth: I'm on an airplane... To Philly... Paisley... She...
Kevin: (starts crying)
Nick: Oh gosh. What she we do?
Elizabeth: Oh, so Miley's coming into this?
Nick: Miley left. She made you angry and no girl is worth hurting you. I was talking about Joe and I.
Elizabeth: Awww! You guys can get tickets for tomorrow.
Nick: Or we could take our jet...
Elizabeth: Good idea. It's back home in Wyckoff.
Nick: Okay. See ya tomorrow Liz. 3 more days.
Elizabeth: 3 more days.
* I smiled as I hung up the phone. I looked over and Kevin wasn't in the seat. He probably just went to the bathroom, I thought. He came back in a few minutes and the plane reached the run way. It went up into the air and The only thing Kevin said the ride was here, when he handed me a piece of gum. He went to bathroom at least 4 times. The plane ride took forever. I fell asleep fianlly.*
