The Terrible Secret of Space

My partner and I are the original makers of this Internet hit from the year 2000. It was featured on TechTV, in Yahoo magazine and Ariel Kaminer of the New York Times called the piece a "sui generis art form."

The success of what was originally a Flash video (over two million views in the first year posted) led to me going to film school and building what has become a fulfilling and successful career as a filmmaker. Its totally amateurish and scrappy but also still watchable.

This is a true classic! I saved the flash file 11 years ago (cripes) and it's been rewatched often over the years.

In the heyday of flash movies, there was so much creativity put into the videos. I find generally more so than the youtube videos of today. This is one of the ones I still remember and have saved to this day. Thanks for posting it.
