It definitely contains correct Aikido Jo technique. Whether or not it is one of the recognized Aikido kata is beyond me. I am guessing it is not a recognized kata (i.e. something you would practice and be tested on) - based on the title "freestyle"

To answer a common question - this was something I made up on the spur of the moment as the DJ at the event needed to fill a few minuted before the next display team came on. It is purely freeflowing movements based upon suburi - nothing out of the ordinary.

Indeed freestyle. As an exercise we often put together free-flowing kata's based upon suburi. This was an example used at a public demo in london.
