F.R.A.P.S. How to join split AVI Video files from a F.R.A.P.S. Capture

You've downloaded F.R.A.P.S. and captured a nice video of yourself playing a game and you want to encode the video into a different format but your captured video has been split into 2 or 3 separate AVI files, W.T.F., How can I join them, Simple hers how.

one question though, every split file i have from fraps is like 4 Gb's..after u put them 2gather you need to convert them to mpeg or does the virtualdub compress it automatically?
