Making a Pontoon

I need some flotation for my kayak, so I used pool noodles and a seal a meal to make a pontoon that shouldn't soak up too much fish blood in my hull!

This is an excellent idea! Do you have an idea how much weight one of those $ store noodles will float?

This could be the cost answer I've been looking for!

@MacPro8CoreMan I don't know about how much those noodles can float. I swamped my 14'4" kayak with 2 dozen noodles in there and could still paddle it, so I'm happy.
