I never buy bubble tea in the states because $3.75 seems overpriced. At 60 cents a glass in Vietnam, I have it every day. This is the usual place we go - it's a half mile from home on Binh Long street, and it's conveniently next to street food like pork chops, beef noodle soup hue style, vietnamese sandwiches, steamed meat buns, and bo lat lot, which is ground beef stuffed in leaves and then wrapped in rice paper with garnish.
