My profound apologies zit, for my misspelling of "everone". I'm sure someone of your superior intelect can figure it out WWII America and Russia allies! "rogue" no longer obedient,belonging, or accepted and hence not controllable or answerable. World governments always deal with who they perceive as "evil".
