@rocknrollchicago345 Well, I do know that the sound was recorded with a 200,000 dollar vintage Les Paul... if that helps. :P The entire album was recorded with that guitar and based around Mike's talents as a player.

Sorry, I was wondering what the time based effect is...I understand where the fundamental tone is coming from, but I think he's also using some sort of tape echo or reverb? I've heard Joe Perry utilize a similiar type sound. Someone out there knows exactly what effect this is that I'm hearing. I can honestly say I've never in my life heard that guitar sound in a live performance.

Always loved your music always will u guys sound great and this song I can relate as many can I'm sure but u make it so surreal thank-u Tom and your great band been to your concert in Detroit years back front 5th row at Pinenob it was called then loved that concert as well....went threw a lot could'nt make another but will again.......
