This video is to assist new hand-spinners in learning successful drafting techniques. While you practice drafting, your foot should always be on the wheel, treadling gently, as slowly as you possibly can. This builds muscle memory and will make the transition from doing the two things separately, to combining them easier. Cherri Hankins teaches spinning in Richmond, va.
