OMFG JIRAS IS THE OLD GODZILLA COSTUME AND THEY ATTACHED A WEIRD FRILL ON ITS NECK! AND GAVE IT A DIFFERENT NAME! AND PUT IT ON ULTRAMAN! JESUS CRIST WERE THEY HOPELESS AT TRYING TO FIND A GOOD MONSTER THAT JUST SO HAPPENED TO BE FROM GODZILLA!?

Can anybody help me out? I have this little 2" toy that (from what i can tell) looks like Jiras. Though, he is completely painted like a turquoise color. Has anyone ever heard about a figure like this, because I can't find any articles on it. Also it must be from Japan, because it only has Japanese letters (from what I can tell). Please if anybody has ever heard of something like this please message me to tell me where I could find an article on it.
