What version of KOF '98 is this(Which console you playing this on as well)?

Also, is the PS1 version closer to this or the UM version?

Athena has the most annoying voice in the game -.- TELEPOOOOOOORTO.. PSYCHOSBALLO (however she calls it) the most annoying being that uppercut one she does GUUUUH, Love this game though.

Probably because that would make this WAY too easy. Omega Rugal is ridiculously cheap and overpowered.
