When I first heard about the Phoenix Lights UFO in the 1990's I thought of this video tape. Small light in the back, round lights in front. I haven't seen this video on TV much after and almost nothing exists on the net. A rare find? This is an edited down version of the original. Wonder if it's a goverment craft? UPDATE!!! Looks like I got the date wrong; 1984 seems to be the date of this tape. My video suggested that the sightings began in 82. Oh well!

wow, awesome.........i never knew about this sighting. I'm really entrigued by this stuff, as when I was a kid, I saw a UFO in Gresham, Oregon. It must have been in between 1978 and 1981, when I was between 7 & 10 years old. Thanks for posting this. Amazing footage, and even more amazing that it's not more well talked about. There is a much better chance (mathematically) that we are NOT alone in the many universes, versus the close-minded theory that we are alone.

I have found a few more vids on this - but I don;t remember where now. I found one in my archies from Unsolved Mystries, some other details about it in that report. I would love to hear about your sighting!

I saw my sighting in 1981. I was about 8 or 9 years old, and I saw it in Western PA. My dad and I both saw it. It was indeed a solid triangular craft, and had VERY bright lights on the bottom. But mine made a humming sound, with a very low vibrational frequency.

It was the most incredible thing I ever saw!

@gadgetmang - I believe that was around the same time I saw it. It was definitely in the early 80's......I know others pulled over at the same time and I am trying to connect with them, because it was so real and I saw a ufo again in the late 80's but its was different and amazing.

Bob Pozzuoli took that footage on July 24th 1984. The Hudson Valley sightings are the first known sightings of the stealth blimp. This is the same craft seen across Arizona and called "the phoenix lights". Google the stealth blimp for more info.

I would like to know who else saw it that night because other cars pulled over and got out to look as well. When I called the news channel, they said they do not know anything about it.  I still think about it today.

I saw a UFO in the 1980's coming up the Southern State Parkway, in LI, NY. It was a solid very huge object. It came towards us slowly with no sound and very low. We pulled our car over along with several other cars and got out and the UFO stopped and hoovered over us for a few seconds. It was a wow moment, however we were not scared. It dimmed its lights and then immediately turn to the north slowly took off and vanished. It was quite amazing, nothing I have ever seen in my life.

I saw the same craft in Jersey city NJ 1982, it was a lot closer than any of the videos I seen of it and I had a pair a 10X50 bincolars so got a very good look at. The ship was solid and when military jets appoarched it accelerated at great speed into the sky.

I kinda remember seeing a daytime video of if on the tv show A Current Affair? If anyone has that please post it.
