Rinse them? Nope I don't. Are you supposed to?
They'e frozen so I just thaw them in a jar with the water from the betta tank. Then I dispense the food into the tank with a turkey baster. Hope that helps. :)

Which one there are three in this video? Well the first plant that you see is Java Moss. The other two starting at :22, the red one is dwarf lily, and the green one is aponogeton. The java moss I got from ebay. The size I got it was dime size and it grew to that size. The other two plants I got as bulbs from petsmart. Hope that helps.
