It's actually pretty simple:
Buy 3 unpainted picture frames. Remove the frame backing. Paint to desired color. Print photos sized to fit the frames on transparent vellum paper. Cut out and glue printed vellum pictures to the back of the picture frame glass. Assemble the 3 frames together in a triangle. Secure from the inside with duct or cloth tape. Place a votive candle in the middle. That's it!

That's just a wind-up lazy susan type thing designed to go inside a microwave that doesn't have one built into it. I just put the centerpiece on it to illustrate the 3 dimensions of it in the video. It wasn't actually used on a table.
