@iheartmec1 There is nothing evil about saying it's funny, it DOES look funny. And there is nothing evil about putting a cat down because it's paralyzed. It's 100% up to the owners to do what they feel is right, as long as they don't put their animal through a bunch of pain. But it's also fine to keep a handicapped pet, as long as they are not in pain. Handicapped pets can be just as happy as any other pet. They don't worry about how they look or what limitations they have.

@iheartmec1 there are how-tos to make cat carts all over Youtube. Hope you've found one!

@ziggybadoodah Helping a cat walk again? How is that evil? Would you rather watch him drag around his useless legs or be put down for no reason? :/
-
does the cart get reimbursed or paid for by the "pet insurance" available in many countries? Is there any research done for spinal cord injury in animals like cats and dogs?
Dont give up kitty, dont give up.

The people saying this is funny are the evil ones and that's not evil. Evil is putting a cat down just because it's paralyzed. My cat is paralyzed and I really need a wheelchair for her but can't afford the ones that are around $200+ so any adivce would be helpful. Thanks
