Stop trying to appease the liberal neo-hippies who hate oil companies no matter what they do. Most of America supports fossil fuels since it is the cheapest, most efficient type of energy for our cars and transportation in general. Start reaching out to the silent majority of Americans who actually WANT an increased supply of fossil fuels so that prices may eventually be lowered.
