@SebasCine I took photos going down the street about 10 meters apart... then put it together in Final cut Pro but I'm sure Sony Vegas is simular. With you put them in order on the timeline with just a few frames each it will give a simular effect.
But to make it smoother I added a keyframe at the start of the picture the increased the size at the end to give each photo a smoother zooming effect.
I just speeded it up and reversed it with a blur effect on zoom out bit.
