Barbell variation of the lunge exercise. The athlete should take a long step ensuring that the forward leg shin bone does not move too far past a perpendicular position with the ground.

  • @RB3434 He could probably go about 2 inches deeper.

  • Should this athlete be going deeper?

  • We do all kinds of lunges.

  • Do you recommend lunges like this, or walking lunges?
