hinge is a easy fix...but my monitor went out? i have to use a extral! anybody know anything about how i can fix it...i dont feel like paying anybody else any more fckin money.,,

they should fix this issue becasue this is a very common mistake..basically its there fault. i srly love the comptuter but srly this is bullshit i spent alot of fucin moneyu

@tedosbimmer3 they will only fix it if its still within the factory warranty other wise they want 150 for the screen and 2 weeks wait time

even t o this day you can send it to them and they will fix it for free cause its known issue with the R1 and R2 but the R3 had their fix already. this video is helpful for those of you who would rather do it yourself, either way it can be fixed.

not dell anymore 1100 euros and bad manufacturing/designing hinges dead after 13 months (warranty is 12 of course)

me too, watching this on M11xR2 with a broken hinge....look how many hits this site video has got...24,511 at present, which indicates the problem is common - never buying Dell again - what a joke that company is..
