  • I can see the benefits of using this as a science experiment. Not a bad idea actually, you teach children the power of egg whites, cooking, and having an awesome meal all at the same time! Delicious!

  • that was good but you might want to change the way you make meringue. Like adding some vanilla and beating it after every teaspoon of sugar before you put another one in.
