Six horses were killed and three people were injured after a fire erupted in a barn early Tuesday morning in West Marlborough Township. The fire occurred at True Prospect Farm on the 200 block of Hood Road. (5/31/11)

The fire started with an electrical problem. Several people risked their lives saving the horses that they could, and the two horses on the US team list are currently at New Bolton Center. Three of the people were living in the barn and lost their home and possessions.
There is an online auction being organized to help defray expenses and several funds have been set up to help as well.
