C4: Low Lunge - 2 x 2 min
C5: Crab Dance - 2 x 60 sec
C6: Duck Walk - 2 x 30 sec
D1: Squat Halo 2 x 60 sec
D2: Squat Curl - 2 x 60 sec
D3: Alternating Swings - 2 x 60 sec
D4: Alternating Clean to Catch - 2 x 60 sec
